Perforated metal sheet is supplied with various styles of perforating, embossing, slotting or checkered plates.
We perforate various metal sheets: stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, alloy. Even pvc and other materials.
Materials: Hot-rolled and cold-rolled carbon steel sheets, galvanized sheets, stainless steel sheets, aluminum, aluminum-plastic, copper, nickel, titanium, PVC and other sheet materials.
Opening: Round, oval, square, rectangular, rhombus, hexagon, scale shape and composition of different shapes, also other special shape.
Process: Stamping, leveling, cutting, bending, reeling, welding, shaping and surface treatment.
Application: Mine, machinery, food, stationery and sports goods, kitchen and toilet supplies, muffler, decoration, construction, electronics, transport, etc.

Specification
Thickness verifying from 0.35mm to 3 mm and width maximum 1200mm. Standard sheet size is 1000mm*2000mm. and 1000mm*2500mm.

Specify the following when you order:

A. Specify the hole shape for perforated metal products:
Round, square, long round, triangle, scale, diamond, oval, hexangular, slot etc.
B. Sheet metal Aperture
The minimum diameter we can fabricate is 0.8mm to 4 mm thickness.
C. Perforated Pattern
Whether it is rRound, square, oblong, triangle, slot, hex, oval, diamond and a broad variety of special shaped holes.

D. Pitch
Hole center is the distance from the center of one hole to the center of the nearest hole in the next adjoining row.

E. Open area
When you order, please keep in mind that punching holes in a material add stresses that can result in distortion of the product. The higher the open area, the more material distortion takes place, especially when the perforated pattern is bordered by margins on all four sides. But these distortions can be removed by our special in house leveling process.

F. metal Margins
Margins are the blank area along the edges of the sheet. You should provide the width of each margin on all four sides (measured from the edge of the sheet to the edge of the first hole).

G. Tolerances on thickness, pitch, openings, flatness, and shearing for perforated products. You should specify a specific tolerance ,so we can give you a precise product. Standard tolerance will be made unless you specify
