Installation and commissioning
new vibrating screen equipment should be carefully checked before installation.Due to the long storage time of manufactured finished products, such as bearing rust, aging seals or damage in the process of handling, the replacement of new parts is required when encountering these problems.Also, such as vibration exciter, before the factory for rust prevention, injection of rust prevention oil, before the formal operation should be replaced by lubricating oil.Read the instructions carefully before installation and make full preparations.
(1) install supporting or hanging devices.During installation, the foundation shall be leveled, and then each part shall be installed in sequence according to the component drawing of supporting or hanging device and the installation drawing of sieve.Before the spring is loaded, it should be selected according to the actual stiffness value marked by the end face.
(2) connect the screen box to the supporting or hanging device.After installation, it should be adjusted according to the specified inclination Angle.For the hanging sieve, the inclination Angle of the sieve box and the level of the spindle of the sieve box should be adjusted at the same time.Generally, the horizontal level of the first adjustment, in order to eliminate the deflection of the screen box.After horizontal correction, adjust the vertical dip Angle of the screen box.The force of vibration isolation spring should be uniform, and its stress condition can be judged by measuring the compression amount of spring.In general, the compression amount of the two sets of springs at the feeding end must be the same as that of the two sets of springs at the discharging end.The spring compression of the discharge end and the feed end can be different.
(3) install motor and triangle tape.During installation, the foundation of the motor should be leveled, the level of the motor should be corrected, the center line of the groove corresponding to the two rubber belt wheels should coincide, and the tension of the triangular rubber belt should be appropriate.
(4) install and fix the screen surface as required.
(5) check the fixing condition of all connected parts of the sieve (such as sieve plate, vibration exciter, etc.). The sieve screen should be uniformly tensioning to prevent local vibration.Check the lubrication of the transmission part, whether the wiring of the motor and the control box is correct, and turn the transmission part by hand to check whether the operation is normal.
(6) check that the feeding and discharging chute of the sieve and the bottom funnel of the sieve are free from collision when working.
Use and maintenance
1. The powder screening machine should be started when there is no material on the screen surface, try to avoid starting with material, and feeding can only be done after the screen machine runs smoothly.Stop feeding before stopping the machine. Stop the machine after the screen surface material is eliminated.
2. The operation of the screen machine should be observed frequently during the working process. If abnormal movement or abnormal sound is found, the screen machine should be shut down in time for inspection, to find out the reason and eliminate the fault.
3. The vibrator bearing is lubricated with no. 2 lithium grease. Under normal conditions, grease should be lubricated every two months.After the vibrator has been in use for 6 months, check the grease condition. If dry or hard, clean and replace the grease, and clean and check the bearing once a year.
