China Stainless Steel Cooker for Fishmeal

1.Fishmeal Production Line:After de-iron by electromagnet, the raw material is continued to enter the cooker by screw conveyer. The cooked material is sent to press. Through the twin screw in press, we got the press liquid(liquid material) and press cake(solid material). The press liquid flowed into the press pool and press cake was sent to dryer. By separating the press liquid, we can get the stickwater and fish oil. The stickwater will go to the concentrate system to get the concentrated liquid which enter the dryer for drying. The fishmeal from the dryer is cooled, screened, grinded and then can be packed.

2.Fish Oil Production LineThe volume of the press liquid amounts for 2/3 of total raw material. It contains fat and multiple nutrition ingredient. The process as below: press liquid was separated into liquid and solid by decanter. The solid recovered to dryer and the press liquid was centrifuged into fish oil and stickwater.
