This sculpture is made by casting process due to its complex surface and texture. This requires our skilled workers to have a high level of quality. The sculpture demension is 2 meters high and surface made by 316L stainless steel, internal structure in 304 stainless steel with surface treatment mirror polished. The first step in creating a successful commissioned work is to plan out the project with clients. After the design is determined, we will make a clay mold for your reference and optimization every tiny details. When the clay sculpture is finished, we will create a positive wax replica of the original clay sculpture. The next step is to melting bronze liquid is poured into the mold, it is left to cool. once cooled and removed from the ceramic cast, the pieces are welded together and painted on the surface.
