The fermenting cylinder is applicable to fermentation of yoghurt and lactic acid beverage, condiments, pharmacy, chemical industry and fungi cultivation. It is a sanitary enclosed special fermenting equipment, which has the function of heating, heat prevention and cooling. It is made of imported SUS304 and 316L. The equipment has such advantages as energy saving, noise elimination, anti-corrosion, power production capacity and convenient cleaning and operation, volume: 20L-2000L.The principle: The insulation material is polyurethane foam or pearl cotton which is high temperature-resistant and anti-aging. 2. The interface adopts international standard ISO fast loading camp, inner pot uses imported stainless steel SUS304 or SUS306L, and is mirror-polished to Ra≤0.4m, outer surface adopts matte, mirror, blasting, or cold-rolled matte. 3. The mixing tank's mixing seal adopt imported sanitary mechanical agitation seal or magnetic seal agitating device, stirring speed are optional. 4. The pipe mouth is equipped with liquid level gauge (static pressure type, capacitive, non-contact type, ultrasonic type, glass tube type), air-breathing mouth, thermometer( digital display type or dial type),CIP cleaning mouth, mirror, explosion-proof sight (integration of mirror and light), SIP sterilization mouth, liquid inlet and outlet and sanitary manhole etc.
Typical Application:Emulsion can use a very wide range of types of cooking oil, the type of flour, sugar, and other raw materials of the mixed emulsion. In particular, apply to certain types of additives such as insoluble gel CMC, xanthan gum, etc.
