Specifications:
• Usage: bright annealing for stainless steel wire
• Pipe inside of furnace, with H2 and N2 protective atmosphere, no wire oxidation, to achieve
bright surface with heat treated
Protective atmosphere
To prevent wire oxidation and decarburization, To prevent wire oxidation and decarburization. The atmosphere goes into furnace pipe between furnace and cooling bath, and fluent toward two sides. It goes out the furnace pipe on furnace wire inlet part and wire outlet of cooling bath. For liquid ammonia decomposition atmosphere or Nitrogen entering into each pipe there is low detector and control device, conveniently adjust the flow. The diameter of atmosphere collecting pipe is bigger than φ120mm, for the sake of uniform atmosphere distribution. Flow range in each pipe: 0-800L/h.
• After the furnace immediately and sealed with cooling bath

• The basic technical process is: pay-off--->cleaning baths before annealing
furnace--->drying--->cooling--->take-up
