Standard separator pepper powder linear vibrating filter sifter(DZSF-525)

Our linear vibrating screen is a kind of small and medium size multi-layer screening machinery. Its performance has reached the international advanced level. Any dry material with a diameter of 0.074mm-20 mm could be handled. The maximum granule diameter should be less than 30 mm. As a multi-layer screen, this machine could come with six layers of screen at most.

1.DZSFModel linear vibration screen(vibrating sieve, sifter machine) is suitable for screening all of dry material (from 0.074mm to 20 mm) or mesh size (from 2-600 mesh)
2.It supports at most 6 layers. But 3 layers at most is highly recommended.
3.The dimension size and voltage are both supported to be customized.
4.The largest screening area can arrive to 2000mm*3000mm.
5.The motors is installed below screening box.
6.In general, its inclined angle is 0~10°.
7.It has 4 available material, all stainless steel 304 or 316 or touching part sus304 or carbon steel Q235A.
8.With large capacity, small volume, high screening efficiency, high frequency, easily changed screen and good safe performance.
9.It is widely used for screening, grading and filtering, separating and classifying and sieving of powders, pellets, granule.
10.It is composed of vibration motor, basement support, screen frame, inlet and outlets, dust-proof cove
11.Additional parts can be installed for better usage such as mobile running wheels, inspecation hole, noise-proof basement, special feeding hole and capacity-controlling device.

Our linear vibrating screen, as a piece of powdery material screening equipment, uses horizontal vibration motor or special vibration exciter as its vibration source. The horizontal vibration motor and vibration exciter have a eccentric block at the both at their upper and lower sides. The eccentric blocks can generate a three-dimensional movement in horizontal, vertical and inclined directions. By adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the material on the screen can change the movement locus, achieving suitable screening performance.
