They are made by the steel beam and good carbon steel for welding, getting rid of the stress after welding, and fine machining last. It is good for the whole machine rigidity improving and force the structure strangthen, also improve the transmission precision of transmission unit. The backside board of column and boom is used by the bending steel plate, and welded together with the main board into rectangle beam structure. The rail is the double type rectangle rail, which delay the using life of rails.
