ND-ZCJ series stator varnish impregnation machine (automatic immersion machine) (varnish dipping machine)is suitable for winding insulation treatment on all types of industrial motors and FHP motors' stator such as industrial electric motors, household appliances and other motor stator, transformer.
The machine could be designed in fully automatic structure or in semi-automatic structure (working process is automatic except loading/unloading). It is designed according to customer products, production capacity requirements.

The whole process, except for loading and unloading, is completely automatically. Heating time, picth time and temperature can be set.
