China Steel C Shape Purlin Roll Forming Machine

C ,Z &M shape purlins are made from hot/cold rolled steel strips ,and straightended, hole punched, cut to length, and roll formed by WLFM series steel purlin forming machine. Through changing spacing sleeves, the machine can changge different types/sizes of purlin.

High grade S45C carbon wrought steel, diameter 80mm.

Cr12MoV steel with quenched treatment, hardness HRC58~61,wear-resistance, good steel structure, long life.

5. Working Flow
Uncoiling the sheet → Sheet guiding → Straightening → Pre-punching → Pre-cutting → Roll forming → Rectifying→ Panels to the supporter.

(1) Rollers are put on anti-rust oil and packed by bubble wraps; some other electric parts are packed by bubble wraps as well.
(2)The oil hose and electric wires ae marked, and easy to be connected when used;
(3)In container loading, sea-worthy, well fixed by wire rope, wooden block and nails.
