1,Feeding device

2,Core Bar Chuck Assembly

3,Rotary feed mechanism
The rotary feeding mechanism is controlled by servo motor or DC motor. The size of the rotation angle and the size of the feed by changing the number of motor rotation to achieve stepless adjustment. The rotary feeding mechanism is equipped with a feeding motor and a rotary motor. The tube blank is intermittently fed and rotated through a gear reduction mechanism respectively.

6,Discharge system
The discharging system is composed of v-shaped groove and discharging platform. The v-shaped trough and the discharge platform are each a welded body. 7,Main drive mechanism
Adopt energy-consuming braking mode. It is mainly composed of Z4 type DC motor, belt driving device, support and so on. The large belt pulley is driven by a DC motor through a narrow v-joint belt on a small belt pulley. The small belt pulley and the main motor are fixed on a base with an adjustable screw to adjust the tightness of the belt. 8,hydraulic machinery
The hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic station oil pump, a fuel tank device, a corresponding electromagnetic control valve and a pipeline. 9,Process Lubrication System
