We have 3 BH lines to process different types of steel structure frame materials in wide size range.
Full automatic equipments and half automatic/manual (CO2) welding machines are wilding performed during fabrication and processing of all our structural warehouse materials.
Our machines can process mainly cover: Hot rolled profiles( H, C, L, U O), BH(Build-up) H sections, Build up box sections, Star columns/Lattice column, Truss sections/Conveyors/ Pipe rack etc.
All weld parts are certified and meet standard of AWS D1.1, EN1090 and AS/NZ 1554.1.
Blasting to Sa2.5/SP10 according to project requirement.
