Manual Stencil Printer T1000S
Double-side PCB printer, X, Y, Z and angle adjustable for exact stencil-to-board alignment resulting in precise, fine pitch printing of solder paste.
Feature:
1. T1000S is manual high precision screen printing machine, without electric components and air components (air handspike).
2. Position PCB with copper thimble and omnipotent thimble to make PCB ametabolic. It is convenient to print boards especially double side PCB.
A. The screen printing machine is suitable for different boards.
B. Lift of template by handle.
3. Position PCB pad and bore coordinate on the template by adjusting X, Y, Z and angle. Adjust distance between PCB and template by lifting platform.
Operation:
1. Put PCB(Printed circuit board) at the bottom of stencil and fix well;
2. Put solder paste on the inside of the stencil, scraper is moved guiding by driving device, solder paste is printed on the PCB through the hole of the stencil
3. Raise the stencil up and take PCB board out, the whole printing process is completed.
