Gantry Stone Block Cutting Machine Introduction :
The whole machine body is made of cast iron for high rigidity. Blade holder slides on the bridge right and left for cutting stone. The blade holder sliding rails on the bridge is machined by high-precision machining center to ensure small clearance, which resulting in accurate blade cutting and smooth slab surface.
The worktable has four heavy duty wheels to bear the weight of large stone block and runs on steel rails. The top of this worktable can rotate 360 ˚ for easy angle cutting on a stone piece. When the worktable top has been turned to a required cutting angle, then it can be locked for stable cutting.
Giant block saw machine applicable for cutting stone block into slabs.The machine is microcomputer control and works automatically, fetured by precise cutting, stable performance and easy operation.
This block cutter consists of solid columns and long crossbeam suitable for cutting block of big size. It takes the cutting blade of 3000 mm maximum.
