The straightener can be divided into 5-roll, 9-roll, 11-roll,17-roll, 19-roll, 21-roll, 23-roll, 25-roll, we can choose the type according to the different thickness and different type of strip. For example,
1. 5-roll flattener can be use as the head straightener,
2. 9-roll and 11-roll usually use for hot rolled thick strip straightening,
3.11-roll and 13-roll usually use for hot rolled thin strip straightening,
4.17-roll, 19-roll and 21-roll always apply for aluminium plate and titanium plate straightening, 5. 23-roll always use for aluminium plate, titanium plate and stainless steel thin plate straightening
