Q: Can you help me with my sample sourcing?
A: Yes. Sourcing with a real sample is the most efficient way. Because unlike computers, which can sometimes be judged just by some data and photos, fabrics are more abstract and there are too many different kinds even if they share the same name or specification or appearance. With a sample, we can check their details and also their handfeel and after treatments, so we can know how to copy it so as to give you the best prices and counter samples.
Q: There are so many suppliers who ask me for real sample checking. Who should I send for sourcing?
A: With some information you provide for us when sourcing, we can largely judge if the sample is possibly produced by us. If not, we won't easily ask you for samples. once we ask you for samples, we are responsible to give you a best result. Through our talks and website, you may get some hints of our product range so as to choose the liable one for serving you.
Q: I can't see my target fabric in your website. Why?
A: Better not judge a fabric just by its photos because sometimes we can share the same name for different items and sometimes the similar photos can mean different fabrics too. There are too many different kinds of fabrics and it's not possible to put all onto the website. So when meeting this problem, better check with us first before making decision as probably you will have a surprise.
Q: I like your fabrics on your website. Can I get a sample?
A: Yes, you may let us know the fabric items you like. We will check if there are some samples left to be sent to you. Some items were produced long time ago so it's uncertain that there are remaining fabrics. In many cases, we can arrange a sampling for you. Sample swatches can be free of charge with freight collect. For samples yardages, we will have to charge some cost, which can be returned to you in the bulk order.
Q: Your bulk order's lead time is 15days. But why does small lot dyeing also need so much time or even longer?
A: I'm afraid that's true. Because sampling has almost the same process as bulk production. Each dyeing factory only has very few small lots. So it will need more time to arrange the production. Also small lot dyeing is a bit hard for color and quality control compared to bulk production. Many times the dyeing factories refuse to improve the small lots since it's not cost-efficient. So we need more time to push them.
Q: Your price is high compared to some other suppliers. Can it be lower?
A: First, we're not just traders. We do the production by ourselves instead. So we're confident with our quotations. We respect every client. With different fabric item, after treatment, quantity, order placing time, etc., we will try our best to care about your concerns on the price. Q: How can I get the bulk fabrics?
A: based on our discussion, we can arrange to send fabrics to your closest port by sea or airport by air. In case your garment factories lie in China, we will arrange them to bonded house for your garment factory to pick up by our forwarders. If needed, customs clearance service can also be provided.
