Q6. What is your after-sale service?A: We help install through teamviewer, if you have problem when you use the machine, we will teach you online. These are all for free. If needed, we can also send engineers to your place, but yoSmart Card & Card Reader u need to pay their travel expense.
Q7. How to make order?A: First consult to us what kind of machine you need, Second send material sample to us to print, Third confirm the order, Fourth pay the money, Fifth we send the machine out to you, Sixth help install online, Seventh daily support online.

Q8. How about Payment?A: Pay 30% in advance, we assemble the machine for you. Then pay the rest before we send the machine out, when we almost finish assembling we will let you know.
