GBL series Submerged Scraper Conveyor (referred to as SSC) is mainly used for the continuous removal of slag at the bottom of 25-1000MWe coal-fired generating unit. Due to the different boiler structure and slag discharge mode, one boiler can be equipped with one or two Submerged Scraper Conveyors.
Submerged Scraper Conveyor is mainly composed of chain, scraper, driving mechanism, driving mechanism, tensioning mechanism, chain guide wheel device and other components. The specifications of chain, effective length of scraper and driving mechanism for Submerged Scraper Conveyor vary with the specifications of Submerged Scraper Conveyor. The length n of the Submerged Scraper Conveyor varies from 10 to 60m according to the use requirements. When n ≤ 14m, the Submerged Scraper Conveyor usually leaves the factory (if the head of the is too high, it will be delivered in two sections); when n > 14m, the Submerged Scraper Conveyor usually leaves the factory in two to six sections, which will be welded as a whole during the field installation.
