Sulphur black is miniature soluble in cold sulfuric acid, turns to greenish blue precipitate after it's warmer, then turns to black-blue when keeps heating. Sulphur dyes have good dye-and level dyeing.

Application: Mainly used for dyeing and winding dyeing on cotton, jute, viscose, polyvinyl alcohol fibre and polyester, polyamide fibre, specially used for rolling dyeing. It isuniform and stable in colour, good permeability when dyeing without any fragiltreatment. It is also used for dyeing on leather and original visccose fibre.
