Usage of 24h timer

(1) This timer is used for setting auto start and close time of mould thermometer.
(2) [POWER] Power indicator. The light is on when the power is connected
(3) [OFF,AUTO,ON] [OFF] means turn off mould thermometer, even if the mould thermometer switch on the electric box is on, the power of mould thermometer would be cut and stop heating; [AUTO]means automatically turn on or off the mould thermometer, if selecting this function, machine would operate in accordance with set time providing that the power of mould thermometer is on; select [ON] means normal operation, opening of the mould thermometer is controlled by the mould thermometer switch located on the panel of the electric box.
(4) [PRESENT TIME] this is the ON switch of auto mould thermometer, which means that when n the set heating time is over, the blue disc on the timer would open this switch to start heating, providing that the switch at the lower right corner is placed at AUTO.
(5) The black thick line on the middle transparent disc rotates a circle means an hours; the clockwise arrow in the middle means that this disc could only be turned clockwise; 1~24 on the outer dial refers to 24 hours, each big scale means an hour; the small blue dial on the outer ring is the time set code, which is used to control the switch of heating.

(6) Set method: place the mould thermometer on the big control panel at ON and the switch at the lower right corner of the timer at AUTO. If to start the heating of mould thermometer 5 hours later, rotate the black thick line on the transparent disc to thick 12 in the middle, the triangular arrowhead next to would point at a certain number on the outer dial, such as 12, then anticlockwise count 5 big scale on the outer dial, which would be 17, rotate outside the small blue dial anticlockwise from this scale, how many big scales you rotate means how many hours of heating but the maximum should not exceed where the triangular arrowhead of is pointed.
