Brief Introduction of steel-making and continuous casting system
Our company is professional manufacturer of electric arc furnace, medium- frequency furnace steelmaking, secondary refining and continuous casting. We are also manufacturer of steel rolling production line including designing, manfacturing, installation, debugging and trial production. Steel-making project
Our company can manufacture the electric arc furnaces (capacity: 0.5t-100t) which are matched for steel making - continuous casting - rolling mill. The capacity of medium-frequency furnace is 2~30t. And our refining furnaces are including FL, VOD, AOD, VD. Furthermore, kinds of submerged arc furnace are also in the scope of our supply.
Continuous casting project
Continuous casting machine is the main product of our company. Over the years, we have accumulated advanced production technology and experience in caster of square billet, round billet, rectangular billet, shaped section and steel slab.
Spection of casting billet:
Square billet: 60x60~1000x1000mm
Round billet:φ150~600mm
Rectangular billet: 120x350~220x480mm
Steel slab: 50x100mm 135~320x350~3000mm
The continuous casting machines are including one-unit one-strand, two-unit two-strand, three-unit three-strand and multi-unit multi-strand. We are a company who can provide clients with integrative services from designing, manufacturing, installation to debugging of the continuous casting machine. We can also contract and manufacture the continuous casting machine according to clients' requirements. Some technical personnel could be sent to your continuous caster plant and steelmaking plant for field exploration if necessary. Furthermore, we can also provide the suited designing of steel casting workshop and steel making workshop for clients.
