Equipment process flow

Multi roll cloth is placed in layers, and transported by roller to the fixed length cutting and conveying of bridge bone → ultrasonic welding machine to weld and seal the edge → mechanism to automatically transfer logo → double head ear belt ultrasonic welding mechanism to weld ear belt → shaping and folding mechanism to fold → folding wave welding → automatic leveling, cutting and forming, waste collection → assembly line discharging，Equipped with zw-0.6 air compressor and air storage tank

Equipment features:

1.The primary machine adopts first-line brand ultrasonic welding machine, which has good welding effect, good stability

 and low failure rate.

2.Computer PLC programming control, servo control, very high degree of automation, high output, good stability;

3.Photoelectric (optical fiber) to detect raw materials to avoid mistakes and reduce waste. The main conveyor belt is transported by single-phase motor, and the stepping motor is turned over. The productivity is high, up to 50 tablets per minute,

and the daily output can reach 60,000 tablets (24H production).

4.Built-in alarm chip, when the equipment appears abnormal or lack of material, the machine will automatically stop
