Description
Zlp250 suspended platform. A Single Person, Electric Operation. Aluminum or Steel Basket with Fall Protection and Endless Height of Lift.
The ZLP250 suspended platform is for temporary inspection and maintenance work on façades and other types of working at height. It lifts people and their working equipment - at unlimited heights.
It is designed for lightweight applications, such as painting and decorating, refurbishing, jointing and repairs, window cleaning, etc. ...
The complete system consists of the working platform equipped with an electric LTD hoist and the support wheels, suspended by means of steel wire ropes from a suspension structure.
Safety systems
To ensure safe operation without danger to personnel, the platform is fitted with the following safety devices:
1. Service brake incorporated in the LTD hoist.
2. Safety device (Overspeed LSL type safety lock) on secondary wire rope.
3. Upper limit switch detector.
4. Emergency stop.
5. Emergency descent in the event of current failure.
6. Phase controller. (Option)
7. Overload detector integrated in LTD hoist (Option).
8. Lower anti-collision bar (Option)

Advantages:
The most economical and lightweight version, although showing extraordinary performances.

Slipped over the platform like a "frame".
Advantages:
The ends of the platform and therefor the building corners are clear and can be easily accessed, exchangeable with the upper part of the end stirrup.
