Both filling depth of material and thickness of tablet are adjustable.

Suitable for tablet material requirements

1. Dry powder: The raw material must be dry powder and the moisture content must be controlled within 5%

2. Fluidity: The raw material needs to have good fluidity (ideally the particle size of the tablet material is preferably between 20 and 60 mesh, and a small amount of fine powder is better). If the raw material fluidity is not good, it can be solved by making particles

3. Adhesiveness: Tackiness means that the powder can form agglomerates or the powder can stick together by external forces. For non-sticky raw materials, it may be necessary to increase the binder to improve (such as maltodextrin, starch, sugar, microcrystalline cellulose, etc.

4. Does not contain a large amount of oil: Raw materials containing a large amount of oil are difficult to form, so the material must not contain too much oil.
