WC20 Welding cerium Tungsten Electrode

Cerium-tungsten electrode is a non-radiative and green products .Ithas good starting arc performance under
the condition of low current .It is known to be especially good for directcurrent welding with low amperage
because it starts very easily at low amps .Therefore it is very popular to be used for the welding of pipeline,
fine parts, short welding cycles and given number welding .

WT Thorium- Tungsten Electrode

It is widely used as an additive oxide electrode ,having much more advanced comprehensive welding performance
than the properties of Pure Tungsten Electrode and other additive oxide electrodes. It can not be replaced by
other oxide electrodes during the long use process. It can be operated easily and current load is high .It can
produce arc easily and steadily ,and the gap of the? breaking arc is big ,loss less and long life .It has much
higher recrystallizing temperature, much better conductivity and better mechanical cutting property .It is
used for welding carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel alloy and titanium metal. It is the first selection material
for high quality welding.

1. Pure tungsten, the least expensive of all tungsten, is generally used in the AC welding of Al & Mg and it's alloy

2. Yttrium-tungsten is primarily used in military and aviation industry with narrow arc beam, high compressing
strength, highest welding penetration at medium and high current

3. Cerium- tungsten is a non-radioactive material, popular to be used for welding tube, pipe, very small parts,
short welding cycles.

4. Thorium- tungsten is a low-radioactive material, mainly used for DC welding of carbon, SS, nickel alloy and
titanium, etc.

5. Lanthanum- tungsten is a non-radioactive material, mainly used for DC welding but also show good results
for AC welding.

6. Zirconium tungsten is most commonly used for AC welding of Al & Mg and it's alloy.
