NEW ELEPHANTS offers equipment and systems for full press and pre-press oil mill plants. Maximum oil is removed in full press process (using Oil Expellers) leaving the cake with about 5-8 % oil content. For the solvent extraction process, the preparation process is almost the same as that for full press process with the difference that the pressed material shall contain residual oil in the range of 15-20%. Such material is fed into the solvent extraction plant where the remaining oil is reduced to 0.5 to 1.5% depending on various factors.
