1.Why need explosion proof air condition

The constant temperature and humidity unit is used for indoor air conditioning under various environmental conditions and has many functions such as cooling, dehumidification, heating, humidification and ventilation. The temperature control range is 18~30°C, with control accuracy of ±1°C. The relative humidity is set at 50-70%, with control accuracy of 5%. This product is indispensable auxiliary equipment for scientific research, national defense, industry, agriculture, commercial services and other departments.
It is suitable for places with high requirements of temperature and humidity, such as electronic computer rooms, radio or electronic equipment control rooms, laboratories of scientific research organizations, precision instruments, precision machining workshops, color printing workshops, textile inspection rooms, and precision metering rooms.
For places or areas with sufficient water sources and sound water quality, the water-cooled type should apply. For the places or areas with insufficient water or without water, the air-cooled type should apply.
2.How does explosion proof air condition work

Cooling:
When the cooling system works, the high-temperature and high-pressure R22 gas, discharged from the compressor, is condensed into medium-temperature supercooled liquid after entering the condenser, changed into low-temperature and low-pressure vapor-liquid mixture after being throttled and depressurized by the expansion valve. Then it enters the evaporator, evaporates and absorbs heat in the evaporator.
In this way, the air flowing through the evaporator can be cooled, vaporized and sucked by the compressor again. Such circulation is repeated as mentioned above, realizing continuous temperature reduction.
Humidity reduction:
Since the surface temperature of evaporator fin is lower than the dew point temperature of air, moisture is separated out on the evaporator surface when air flows through the evaporator surface.
Warming up:
When the heater is started and the air flows through the heater, the air will be heated and warm up.
Humidification:
When the humidifier is started, the water vapor generated by the humidifier is continuously sent into the room by the fan for humidification.
