General problem and solution
The device cannot be connected to the PLC or computer
Possible reason:
1) The Heating, Refrigeration & Temperature Control computer has many COM ports, the choice of the port is not correct
2) The device address is wrong, or the device with duplicate address exists (the factory default is all 1)
3) BHeater & Heat Exchanger aud rate, check mode, data bit, stop bit error
4) The host polling interval and wait time for reply are too short and need to be set above 200ms
5) RS485 wiring be disconnected, or A,B wire be connected oppsitely.
6) Equipment wiring is too long, or too much should be nearby power supply, plus 485 enhancer, at the same time an increase of 120Ω terminal resistance.
7) USB transfer 485 driver not installed or damaged

NOTICE
