-Product Description
High quality anti-slip glass stairs is usually made of tempered laminated glass with sentryglas plus interlayer film or PVB film. For safety, we usually will make the anti-slip dot/line/other pattern on the surface of the thick glass staircases. We do the OEM service, the thickness and the shape of glass is customized. And the thickness of the interlayer film we usually choose is 2.28mm, or even thicker. Altogther, all is customized.

tempered glass is essentially annealed glass that is heat - treated which makes it several times stronger than ordinary annealed glass. It is manufactured by heating up the float glass to a high temperature of about 650ºC, then blowing air onto its surface, cooling it down swiftly and uniformly.
Advantages: Safe
1. 5 times harder than ordinary float glass, stronger resistance to thermal breakage than annealed or heat strengthened glass.
2.once breakage occurs, the glass disintegrates into small cubical fragments, which are relatively harmless to human body.
3. It withstands abrupt temperature change of 220 Centigrade.
