Application:
Tension wire de-reeler is used to control the tension during winding process
Machine Features:
1Tension can be set freely. After setting done, machine can keep constant tension during the whole winding process.
2 A reverse torque is always given to the winding machine, which can compensate the reverse winding rotation after machine braking.
3 The mother coil can move along the axial direction of the winding coil automatically during the winding process.
4 The base of the wire de-reeler can move along the axial direction of the winding machine automatically during the winding process. It is convenient for axial compressing of the winding coil.
5 It can greatly tighten the winding coil, improve the winding quality and save the material. According to user's feedback, approx. 1.5~2kg copper wire can be saved from a 1000KVA coil.
