Cationic softener pearl YZ is fatty acid amides, suitable for all kinds of textile softener.Especially suitable for acrylic fiber and its blended fabric. Impart the fabric with fluffy, soft, smooth feel,the effect of Whiteness of fabrics and colored light is small ,low yellowing.Good antistatic, anti acid and hard water.

Advantage
1. Impart the fabric with soft, fluffy,smooth, elastic feeling.
2. Good antistatic properties .anti acid and hard water.
3. The effect of Whiteness of fabrics and colored light is small.
4. Especially use for acrylic fiber and its blended wool fabric.
Dilute methods
Pour the pearls slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 10% ,then stir and heat to 60-65°C, stirring constantly until the pearls dissolve completely,it need about 1-2 hours. After observing the pearls are totally dissolved, stir the mixture till to get a uniform paste. Continually stir till under 40ºC to avoid surface crusting,stop and filter ,then the product can be used.
Usage amount for reference
1. Dipping Process: 0.3-0.8%(o.w.f) , bath ratio 1:10-15,temperature:40-50ºC,15-30 mins
2. Padding Process: 2-3g/L ,temperature 30 ~ 40°C.
