It will appear the phenomena of dissatisfactory washing fastness if the binding force or reactivity bWeighing & Measuring Apparatus etween fibers and dyes is not good. The fabrics treated by NBS-20Hcan improve the washing fastness markedly, and other color fastness will be improved anyway. There is no influence on color shade of fabrics.

3 COMMEND DOSAGE AND PROCESS
Dipping and Padding
Dosage: NBS-20H 20-50g/L
Process: Padding and wet pick-up about70%-90%,dry Sensor at100ºC then cure at150ºCfor 3min
Dipping
Dosage: NBS-20H 2Physical Measuring Meter -5%(o.w.f.)
Process: Bath ratio: about 110, keep for 10-15min at room temperature then dry at100-130ºC
4 ATTENTION
Please make sure sufficient soaping before treated by NBS-20H to gain better effect.Please make sure adequately wetting fabrics Longer time or higher temperature better effect
Be sure that the cure temperature beyond 130ºC, you'd better cure it at150ºC for 3min.
