1.Introduction of isolated soya protein processing plant machine
Textured Soya Protein Extruding Line uses soya bean powder or peanut powder to break spherical protein molecule to form chain protein molecule, thus creating slice-like fiber structure, by powder-grinding, stirring, high-temperature, high pressured and high-cutting. The product is nutritious without cholesterol or animal fat, but it looks like and tastes like meat with the quality of absorbing soil, water, and flavor. This processing line can be widely applied in meat-product industry, fast-food industry and instant-cool food industry.

Soya protein extruder characteristics

1. Twin screw extruder are made of feeding system, extrusion system, cutting system, heating system,lubrication system, and control system.

2. The feeding system, main driving system and cutting system adopt adjusting speed by inverter, strong power, stable operation, saving energy.

3. Automatically lubricating, forced cooling, to ensure safe operation and prolong the service life of extrusion machine.

4. The screw adopts Alloy 38CrMoAL, processed by special technology. the screws are made by alloy steel and special craft, the screw life is longer. And it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.

5. Different structure and length diameter ratio of screw extrusion system can meet the requirements of different products and technology.

6.The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.

7. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.

8.Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.

9.We use SIEMENS (CHINA)electrical parts.

10. Main Motor from SIEMENS(CHINA), ensure its Powerful Extrusion and Excellent Performance.

11.The main body material is stainless steel, which is easy to be cleaned.

4. Application

This line can be used to produce soya nuggets, TVP/TSP, soya chunks by adjusting the moulds from extruder; meanwhile it can produce cereal, snacks by adjusting the screws from extruder.
