As first time cooperation, we will charge little sample fee as your design set up cost. And it must be refunded after order /confirm/ied. Samples can sent you within 5 days.

Q2. Can the product color be changed? If so what color options are available?
A2. The hammock color could be customized . Please check the color option in the "Customized Hammock Information" above.

Q3.What files do you need if I want to do my own design?
A3.For logos, it is better for us to get your origin design in AI or PDF format.
For printings, your origin design in AI or PDF format is required to set up the print-plate.
A mock-up picture will be sent to you for final approval before sampling.
