M series mini electric hoist winch is a power hoist with a hook mount, an electric motor for use with 220V 50Hz AC power sources, and a compact design for mobility. This hoist can be used in a single line cable configuration with 12m. length for greater lifting or pulling distance, or in a double line cable configuration with 6m. length for added load capacity. This hoist has a pendent push button hand control to facilitate ease of use. And also have remote controller option.

2.Description of Small Electric Hoist
Mini hoists are devices that use relatively small amounts of force to lift and lower heavy loads. Mini hoists transfer a small motor-generated force across a series of gears that multiply the force into one large enough to lift the designated load. Their lifting mechanisms consist of a motor; drive shaft and gear set; and wire rope with a hook attached to it for lifting loads. Mini hoists are generally suspended from structures by hook or trolley mounts or flying rings, and are used in a variety of industries location such as transportation, construction, manufacturing, mining, and material handling, householding garages and warehouses.

3.Liftpand electric hoist production line
80% spareparts are produced in our own factory. We have 1 mechanical workshop for motor spareparts, 1 assembling line for stator press-fit and control handling and 1 assembling line for hoist production and package. Every motor will be lifted up and down 5 circles based on 1.5 times rated capacity to test load, electricity and noise.
