Thermostat SpecificationsVC1&2 series is a creep action thermostat/ thermal protector with conductive bimetal construction and plastic cover. It has low thermal resistance and gold diffused contacts. It is of temperature control for temperature preservation and of small size, which can be used for auto tooling, battery protectors and board thermal protectors for computers.Key Features:It can be switch turn on / off gradually in order to maintain a constant & stable temperature.
Gold plated silver interface are especially designed for low voltage and low current equipment.
Quality bimetal (with low resistance) can allow stable circuit current.
Preset down the temperature range before delivery, can't be adjustable.
The case of switch is conductive, can use different lead wire or nickel plate to connect insulating sleeve is available.
Model VC1 (closing type) - Circuit will be opened when temperature goes up to certain pre-determined temperature.
Model VC1-R (opening type) - Circuit will be closed when temperature goes up to certain pre-determined temperature.Rating:AC 120V / 6 A
DC 12V / 8 A ; DC 24V / 8 ATemperature Range And Tolerance:Temperature range of VC1 from 45 ºC to 120 ºC is available
Temperature range of VC2 from 5 ºC to 150 ºC is available.
Standard tolerance is ± 5 ºC, 8 ºC . However, tolerance within ± 1 ºC , ± 3 ºC to ± 8 ºC is also available upon request.Compliance:UL and C-UL certification 60000 cycles
