Main Usage :

accuracy and high speed color printing ,composite and painting products.

Features of the machine set:
1. The tractor adopts horizontal swing rotation replaces die rotation and simplifies die structure ,it solves problems of lcakage,poor sealing and maintenance ,ect. Arising from die rotation ,Ensures good film smoothness.
The IBC internal bubble cooling system make a improvement of film quality and diaphaneity ,also have a notable increase of machine output.
2. High precision fold diameter control system.Adjust the air current by fan speed adjustment ,have low deviation .
3. EPS photoelectron correct errors system ,automatically rectifies a deviation and rolls regularly.
4. High accuracy film dies and air ring cooling system ensures good film even thickness and high output efficiency .

The IBC system adopts foreign advanced technology:
The signal measured by ultrasonic sensors and then disposed by computer ,adjust the air current by control .The speed of
the fan which exchange cool and hot air in the bubble ,so ensure the size of the bubble
