What is the motor?

A motor is a rotary electric machine that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, which mainly includes an electromagnet winding or a distributed stator winding and a rotating armature or rotor for generating a magnetic field. Under the action of the rotating magnetic field of the stator winding, it has a current in the armature squirrel cage aluminum frame and is rotated by the action of the magnetic field.

This function is achieved by commutator. The commutator is made of a pair of semicircular iron pieces which change the direction of the current in the equilibrium position by contact with the brush. The actual life of the motor brush has a lot of pairs, and will use electromagnetic fields to produce strong magnetic field.
