The 630X is a special EDM machine for motorcycle, bicycle, ATV, electric vehicle and agricultural vehicle tire molds. It is suitable for two-piece tire molds with a diameter of less than 950mm. The machine is compact in design, small in size and cost-effective. The working disc is tilted 15 degrees to facilitate mold installation without the use of lifting equipment. The 630X oil tank can be lifted and lowered, and the tire mold diameter of 400mm or more can achieve oil immersion processing, which is not easy to catch fire and improve safety. At the same time, the oil immersion processing makes the surface finish of the EDM process better.
With reasonable design and high cost performance, 630X tire mold EDM machine is suitable for small and medium-sized tire mold factory to process tire molds with a diameter less than 950mm.
