2 . The main technical features
Working principle: After washing, purifying and adjusting to a certain concentration of the pulp, it is fed into the conical tube cloth sizing machine by a slurry pump, spreads the headbox through the step, and the dispersant is evenly mixed in the step diffuser, and is ensured by the adjustable movable curved plate. After the paste is uniform in vertical and horizontal directions and the pulp speed and wire speed ratio are stable and consistent, under the action of wind pressure, a wet paper sheet is formed on the circular net by using the principle of differential pressure, and then the dewatering is carried out through the rotary cage and the vacuum pump suction box to gradually increase the The dryness of the wet paper sheet is then transferred from the felt to the idler roll and the paper sheet is continuously squeezed to remove the moisture from the sheet. Finally, the sheet is dried in the dryer section of the dryer, and the formed sheet passes through the scraper. After smashing out of the dryer, the reel is reeled into base paper.
This machine is mainly composed of rotary screen, felt blanket, press section, dryer section, take-up section, basic transmission section and air compression device.
