III. Brief Introduction
Machine adopts servo control system and photoelectric positioning correcting system. It is used for the glue spraying of hard cover and inner box. It can greatly improve efficiency, save labor and make the perfect finished products at the same time. Machine with advantage of stable working and suits for gluing various inner boxes.
1) Adopts aluminium frame which can do one board or double-pieces board
conveniently with easy adjusting.
2) Two units sensors which adopt German Wenglor brand, photoelectric system to make
sure the accurate positioning. It will not spray if board go deflected.
3) The transmission belt uses well known brand with suction device which can make board
even and easy to operate. The belt width is 1 meter.
The electric device adopt the international famous brand, which ensure the good reliability and stability and long service life.
This machine automatically assembles book-shaped boxes, top-and-earth cover boxes, and enclosed box boxes. Basically all box types can be assembled.
Optional hot and cold double glue system, hot glue positioning, cold glue marking line. Completely solve the customer's troubles of unstable glue, easy to change.
The original modular design of this machine can be selected according to the customer's product requirements.
This machine is equipped with 3 sets of PLC and 10 sets of servo motors, with high framing precision. Both density board and gray board enclosure can be automatically loaded into the bottom box.
The machine comes with the function of supporting the edge of the book-shaped box and the function of pressing and foaming the box, and the product can be packaged and shipped in one molding.
