The grandfather of the citrus family, Pomelos are native to South-East Asia and are traditionally enjoyed during New Year festivities in China. Its outer skin is rough and easy to peel, exposing a juicy white fruit with a sweet flavour. Pomelos are usually eaten fresh or pressed into a juice.
