Raw materials will be tested in our in-house test lab. We have a corrosion test machine to test steel components against rusting, a weathering machine to test the durability of PE wicker and plastic parts against UV exposure, and a tensile strength machine to test the yield strength of wicker or strap. We also conduct physical test, such as impact test, stability test, fatigue test on our new products.We can develop over 200 new items every year. Most of the staff from our R&D team have over 10 years’ experience in the outdoor furniture industry.
