1. This Injection molding machine is used to produce one and two color soles in TR/ TPU/PVC/Rubber material.
2. The crane bar clamping mould of this injection molding machine makes more stable and final products without rough edges.
3. This sole injection machine has automatic lubrication system, it can make the machine run more years and reduce maintain time.
4. The upside mold plate can turn 90 degree and push the sole out automatically. Down mold plate go out automatically after open mold, insure the products' shape well, at the same time it can reduce working intensity of workers.
5. The touch screen computer and PLC system are in the famous brand of Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi. It insure the machine can work more stable and precsion. Aslo this injection molding machine has the automatical protect device for electric, liquid and air.
6. Automatic compensation for mold thickness and suitable for different size of molds to enhance production flexibility. Mold plate and mold have cooling system, so that the prodcut can shape faster and the production capacity can be increased.
7. This injection machine has serve motor which can save more than 40% electirc consumption. Also it is environmental protection.
