Working principle of three-cylinder dryer:
The material to be dried enters the dryer through the belt conveyor, and the supporting roller and the wheel belt drive the cylinder to rotate. Under the action of the lifting plate and the guide plate on the inner wall of the cylinder, the material is continuously picked up and scattered in a spiral type Heat exchange is realized. The material enters the middle cylinder along the direction of the guide plate for countercurrent drying. After fully absorbing the heat emitted by the inner cylinder and the middle cylinder, the material enters the outer cylinder. The material travels in the outer drum in a rectangular multi-loop manner to achieve the drying effect. The material enters the discharge bin and is sent to the designated location by the belt conveyor.
