Used in welding/ making the drill bits/ endmills / reamers .automobile special cutters, printed circuit board special cutters, engine special cutters, processing special cutters, integral vertical milling cutter, graver and etc. Besides, they can bu used for making of cemented carbide stamping head, Core bar and perforation tools.
The Specification Range of extruded Grounded Tungsten Carbide Rod :

WC Grain size range: 0.3~0.5μ.m; 0.5~0.9μ.m; 1.0~1.3μ.m; 1.4~2.0μ.m.
Length range:3mm-600mm; (General Length: 100mm,300mm,320mm,330mm)
Diameter Grade: h4(H4), h5(H5), h6(H6), h7(H7), h8(H8), h9(H9), etc.

How can I place order?

A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T and Paypal, Western Union are the most usual ways we are using.
What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your /confirm/iation. You will be requested to do prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15 days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
