Technical Feature:1.Weishi tunnel washing machines provide individualized design of different positions, weights and function areas according to customer's requirements for washing variety and capacity, such as 13 tanks for 50KG, 10 tanks for 75KG and 16 tanks Valve Parts for 75KG etc.
2.Weishi adopts Grade Baeur IE 2 high-efficient gear motor,Timer & Counter 3-row roller chain, ROSTA chain tightener that can maintain suitable tension during the positive and negative rotation and Vulkollan tensioning wheel to provide strong power for the machine and keep fluent operation environment. Intelligent control of the swaying angle is flexibly adaptable to different washing process requirements, chain of which is able to strain and lubricate automatically.
3.The inner drum structure after optimum design makes the volume loading ratio reach the top condition, thus ensure the highest efficiency and best washing effect.
4.The inner drum adopts stainless steel plate of the 304 container and the inner drum on the corresponding tank has mutually sealed outer drum used for water injection, water drainage, steam heating and detergent addition, etc. The seal ring imported from Germany may still keep excellent sealing and durability even in the environment of high temperature and corrosion of chemical detergent.
5.To reduce the fluff quantity entering the rinse zone and further enhance the fabric washing cleanliness, excessive spray device is adopted to overflow the floating foam and fluff.
6.Rack bearing beam made of high strength steel through shot peening and spraying multichannel anticorrosive paint that is sprayed on after welding guarantees stable operations. Specially designed support structure coupled with superior roller and high-performance polyurethane elastomer outer covering can absorb huge impacts generated during washing process.
7.Pipes for water and steam all are welded by 304 L seamless stainless steel tubes and each pipe is connected with connector which is easy for maintenance. All water pumps, angle seat valves, electromagnetic flowmeters, butterfly bampers and pneumatic components installed in system are selected from Germany and Japan brands so as to ensure smooth operation of water and steam cycle.
8.Controlled by PLC, it can be setted with up to 100 washing programs. Adopting the CAN bus and industrial Ethernet bus control makes it possible to conduct remote monitoring and all running interfaces control, which ensures system security and stability.
