In nonwovens manufacture it is necessary to achieve a uniform spinning quality across all spin packs. Therefore, any in homogeneities must be removed before they enter the spinning beam. Moreover, process consistency regarding pressure and temperature is the basic prerequisite for an efficient production. Fragility of nitration: Less than grade 1
Flow channel treatment: Chrome plated
Depth of chromium-plating: 0.05-0.1mm
Hardness of surface after chromium-plating: HV950HV
