PRODUCT SHOWThis wide belt sander is designed for sanding surface of plywood, film faced plywood, block board /core-board, particle board/shaving board, MDF/HDF, solid wood board, etc. This ф420 steel roller is installed slantwise and manufactured by special technology, the pressing plate has backup roll which is parallel to the sanding roller, and it forms a horizontal angle with the feeding direction. All the electric motor and conveyor are original import. The special structure greatly improves sanding precision of this machine. The body of this machine is well welded by heavy plate,,steel I-beam,angle steel frame style,which improves stability of the machine.
4.Girder, tightening girder, bearing box are all iron castings, which further more improves the stability of the machine, and reduce more noise.

5. All the bearings, pneumatic components, speed reducer and electrical appliance are imported from the world famous well-known brand.
