2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump use and scope of use:

2. The rotary vane vacuum pump is allowed to operate continuously for a long time under the condition of ambient temperature 540 and the inlet pressure is less than 1.3X103 Pa. When the relative humidity of the pumped gas is greater than 90%, the valve should be opened.
3. The air inlet of the rotary vane vacuum pump shall be continuously and unblocked for at least one minute.
